Have you seen this face lately? It’s been a while since we’ve seen it. But we are so blessed to report that Gracie is moving forward in her recovery and healing with the trach. It’s a slow process but she must be weaned from all the sedatives while at the same time building strength in her lungs and breathing ability, to wean off the ventilator, while also learning how to speak again.
Your prayers are being answered as she continues to show her courage, faith, and make-it-happen personality.
Even though only mom and dad are allowed to be here in the hospital, we are encouraged by your hearts and know that you would be here if you could.

A friend recently shared these verses with me, so I share them with you. Colossians 3:12-15
12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. 15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
